Your credits are flexible. Generate more images at lower resolutions, try different looks, or spend them on video where your plan supports it. Drafts and edits use the same balance. Photo counts assume you spend the whole allowance on images at your plan's highest resolution, and unused credits roll over up to twice your billing period's allowance. You'll see the exact credit cost before generating.

Questions

Everything peopleask before they buy.

  • What exactly am I paying for?

A monthly photo allowance, priced per photo at your plan's resolution. Photo counts assume you spend the whole allowance on images at your plan's highest resolution. You can spend fewer credits per image at lower resolutions, or use the same balance for drafts, edits and video where your plan supports it.

  • How many credits does each photo use?

1K images use 1 credit, 2K use 2, and 4K use 3. Available resolutions depend on your plan. Each new draft or manual variation consumes credits and reduces your remaining photo estimate. You see the exact charge before confirming a generation.

  • Do quality corrections use more credits?

Automatic quality corrections don't consume additional credits. New creative variations and manual rerolls do; their credit cost is shown before you generate.

  • Is there a limit on angles per product?

There is no fixed angle limit per product. A hero product can have twenty angles and a basic tee can have three. Each generated angle uses credits at the selected resolution.

  • Why can't I pick 4K on Pro?

Each plan has a maximum resolution: Starter supports 1K, Pro up to 2K, and Studio up to 4K. You can choose a lower resolution to try different looks and use fewer credits per image.

  • How is video priced?

Video uses the same credit balance on Pro and above. The charge depends on the selected engine, duration and resolution, and you see the exact credit cost before generating. Credits spent on video reduce the balance available for photos. Generating a source image is charged separately.

  • Which resolution do I actually need?

1K covers marketplace listings and social. 2K is the right default for your own PDP grid and is what most brands run. 4K is for campaign heroes, print, billboards and anything that gets cropped hard.

  • Monthly, Seasonal or Yearly — which should I pick?

Monthly is the list rate with no commitment: start, stop or change your volume any month. Seasonal is a lower rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment, billed every three months — the right shape if you shoot in drops and know roughly how many a year. Yearly is the lowest rate, paid once. Both committed cadences also hand you the whole period's photos up front — a quarter's worth on the first day of each quarter, or the entire year on day one — which is what makes them fit a drop calendar. Seasonal is a real commitment: if you cancel before the 12 months are up, the remaining quarters are charged in one go — so pick it when you know the year's volume, not to get the lower rate for a single drop. Most brands start monthly and move to Seasonal once their drop cadence is predictable.

  • Is there a minimum?

Starter is $19 a month for 40 photos. Pro and Studio start at 50 photos a month — the bottom of the slider is the minimum, and there is no separate floor or platform fee on top.

  • What happens to photos I don't use?

They roll over. Your balance can grow to twice your billing period's allowance and stops there — 720 on a Monthly plan at 360 photos a month, 2,160 on the same volume paid quarterly. That applies on every plan, Starter included.

  • My season is two months, not twelve. How does that work?

Pick Seasonal. A whole quarter's photos land on the first day of the quarter, so a three-week drop can use all of them at once and a quiet month costs you nothing. Whatever is left rolls into the next quarter, up to twice a quarter's allowance. If your volume changes, move the slider — the new allowance applies from your next quarter.

  • What happens above 700 photos a month?

You move to Enterprise, which is a contract rate rather than a list price — plus API access, brand-trained models, a named engineer and an SLA. Contract pricing is negotiated against your monthly volume and is designed to beat the top self-serve tier.

  • What if I go over mid-month?

You keep generating. Buy a top-up pack, or move the slider up and the larger allowance applies from your next month — no blocked queue, no upgrade wall.

  • What is the reviewer agent?

Before anything renders, an agent reviews the generated prompt. After it renders, a second pass reviews the frame in detail — fit, fabric behaviour, hands, shadows, garment accuracy — and sends it back for correction if it is wrong. Other platforms do this with human retouchers over about two days. Ours runs in under a minute, on every frame, on every plan.

  • AI is bad at denim. Is yours?

Denim, knitwear and anything with a colour or wash process are genuinely hard — the texture survives but the wash flattens. We take garment detail inputs on every plan for exactly this, and run a bespoke pipeline per material for Enterprise. If this is your category, bring your hardest three garments to the demo.

  • How long do you keep my images?

Assets stay live in your library for 14 days on Starter, 90 days on Pro and 120 days on Studio — a trial keeps them 7 days. Enterprise retention is unlimited, because the contract covers storage as the catalogue grows. Download or push to your store any time inside that window; expiry removes our copy, never your rights.

  • How long does a full catalogue take?

Upload everything at once and walk away. A single frame lands in about thirty seconds; a full catalogue is typically done within a few hours and always by the next morning. You get a notification, not a progress bar to babysit.

  • Is there a free trial?

Pro and Studio each open with a trial: 40 photos at 1K, watermarked, three days, on the real plan with your own garments. That's enough to actually run a small catalogue through the workflow rather than a handful of test shots. There is no separate free tier — you try the thing you would actually buy. Trial assets are kept for 7 days.

  • How does invoicing and VAT work?

Turkish entities get an e-invoice with VAT. International customers are invoiced from the US and are VAT-exempt. Yearly plans can be paid by transfer instead of card, and Enterprise can move to net-30 terms.
