Privacy Policy

We ask you for only what's needed. We collect data in three categories:

• Account info: name, email, company name, and password.
• Project content: product images you upload, brand kit, briefs, and prompt history.
• Usage data: session duration, device, browser, IP, and error logs.

We use your data only to provide the service, keep it secure, and improve the product. We don't use your content to train our own models — unless you explicitly opt in.

• Delivering the service and generating images
• Account security, authentication, and fraud detection
• Aggregate, anonymous analytics for product quality
• Compliance with legal obligations

We don't sell your data. We share it only with infrastructure providers (e.g. cloud storage, payment processors) in a limited way. All partners are contractually bound to protect your rights.

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you close your account, content is permanently deleted within 30 days and removed from backups within 90 days.

Under GDPR and comparable laws you have the following rights, which you can exercise from the dashboard or at privacy@kayrae.ai.

• Access your data and request a copy
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your data (close account)
• Object to or restrict processing
• Port data to another service

We use cookies for session management and basic analytics. We don't use advertising trackers. You can change preferences in your browser settings anytime.

Your data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). See our security page for details.
